This is with regard to pricing of export items and ABC is exporting some products. I cant think of the right term for this, any help would be appreciated.

disagree  Mats Wiman: Your suggestion does not includ the legal part. FOT is an accepted legal term (albeit not Incoterms).

  -> Just because I didn't include your term doesn't render my translation incorrect. German uses (e.g.) FOB freely, but our sentence does NOT say FOT, so we needen't, either. Your rude reply to Werner says it all, really.

fob a truck has never been OK
FOB = Free On Board (a ship)
FOT (not fot) is a term widely used for 'Free On Truck' meaning that the seller bears the risk until the goods are loade on the truck.
However it is no longer an Incoterm. It has been replaced by FCA = Free CArrier at plant ABV
