I'm translating a handbook of a plastic sealing machine. The original is in English, but in some cases you have to guess to understand. I was told it came from Taiwan. Can anyone understand what they are trying to say with this phrase?

"SEALING FILM AND FILM MARK

FILM:

A layer: PET, patient high temperature, print design
B layer: Mucilage glue
C layer: touch container. The material is subject to container material

FILM MARK:
Black and opaque material, work with photoelectric part to posit ilm, and make design lie in center of container.

FILM PRINTING:
**Film design lie in the center of every 4 photo mark** and printed on PET layer. Please pay attention to circle direction."

After the word FILM, there is a three layered film.

Sealing film is speacial film that is to be applied to sealing objects made of PEPPPS such as cups, bottles and boxes..

and PET might be that here ; (medicine) obtaining pictures of the interior of the body; somekind of X-RAY film ?

probably it is being talked about seal film position/application to fixation or agglutination material to where you want to put..

I think this is an example of bad usage the language, I try to write down what I understand from phrase:
FILM:

A layer: PET, patient high temperature, print design :
A layer: X-Ray film like, high temperature proof, print type design

B layer: Mucilage glue
B layer: Adhesive coating

C layer: touch container. The material is subject to container material
C layer: ?
