I need this one, too, if anyone would be so kind. My context is not actually a monument, more a functional office building, but Art Deco. I am loking for something more exciting, or at least attractive, than "listed building".

I think that's probably the safest because it can apply to houses (mine, for example) that aren't necessarily architectoral beauties, but merely within sight of a key monuments in the town and therefore considered part of the "old town" merely on the basis of that.
