Your case is now placed within a Warned List such that your trial is expected to take place within the fortnight period which commences on 11th June 2007. A Warned List is a means by which a Court can deal with cases that are not expected to take a long period of time. It is not possible within the British Court System for each and every person charged with an offence to have a fixed date for trial. Thus, given that your trial estimate is three days in duration, it can take place at any time between 11th and 22nd June
