Voir le site que je donne en référence, qui dit notamment : "Charge des dépens Le juge doit obligatoirement statuer sur la charge des dépens. La charge des dépens incombe en principe à la partie qui perd le procès. Il peut néanmoins en décider autrement par décision motivée." Moi j'ai déjà en italien : "con vittoria di spese, diritti ed onorari", la formule peut donc varier en italien, mais en français je ne crois pas.
