e' solo un'altra idea da aggiungere alle precedenti risposte dei colleghi e con le quali concordo. si usa quando non si vuole insistere troppo sul concetto di "invecchiamento" e potrebbe inserirsi nel tuo elenco:
valida/ideale per aridità, dermatiti, segni del tempo ed eczema

i segni del tempo non sono solo le rughe, le linee di espressione ecc. ma anche macchie scure o macchie di pigmentazione o discromìe.
