¿Cómo quedaría, pues, la frase "All rights at XXX and YYY b.v. the Netherlands"?

Gracias de antemano.

Spanish translation:b.v.
Explanation:

Explanation:
b.v. {Besloten Vennootschap (Dutch)}, a Dutch private limited liability company .

Una Compañía Privada Limitada (Ltda.). - However, I hesitate to use Ltda. as I really am unsure that it is used much in the Spanish context.

Explanation:

agree  Taña Dalglish: I prefer your explanation "sociedad de responsabilidad"; I hesitate though to change b.v. (perhaps should be footnoted with explanation?)
