"Tutti i diritti conferiti a X in forza del presente Contratto sono identificati in termini di tassatività: per l’effetto, devono considerarsi non conferiti altri eventuali diritti valutabili per effetto di interpretazione o estensione analogiche."

Vanaf "per l'effetto" (na de :) kom ik er even niet meer uit. Afzonderlijk zijn de woorden wel te begrijpen, maar ook na lang tobben, lukt het me maar niet om hier een mooie zin van te maken (het is ook al laat...).
