Bus/Financial - Law: Taxation & Customs / refund of VAT
Slovak term or phrase: RDČ
This appears after the name and address of the company, and it is followed by a numebr which does not seem to be the VAT or other fiscal registration number of the company. Could be registration number of case or some other reference number of the tax office receiving the application for refunding VAT?

THank you, I thought it could be something like that, but wasn't sure. It fits perfectly in the context.
