Pré-éclampsie

Explanation:
La pré éclampsie (PE), terme qu’il faut préférer à celui de « Toxémie », est une complication grave et fréquente de la grossesse, due à l'hypertension, que cette hypertention soit d'origine placentaire/toxémique ou non.
La prééclampsie, associe une hypertension à une protéinurie avec une appartition brutale d'oedèmes et évolue en prééclampsie sévère avec comme symptômes des douleurs épigastriques, vomissements, maux de tête, troubles visuels,etc. Du côté du foetus, on note un retard de croissance important.
