Romanian translation:decolorare prin suvite
Explanation:

Exista si o varianta inginereasca: "a lusterless finish of metal or glass"; "a roughened or speckled surface imparted to glass or metal"; "a process in which a scraped metal surface is decorated with the use of a handscraper".

Cateva referinte din cosmetica ar fi:
-"a reverse frost or low lighting process can soften the appearance of gray hair. A frosting cap or foil technique can be used. A reverse frost or low lighting can be achieved by selecting a shade close to the natural color";
- "Frosting/streaks = DES MECHES"; "Light frosting/highlights UN BALAYAGE";
- "Making blonde hair look lighter can be easy and fun. Simply highlight already blonde hair. This can be achieved by using a frosting cap or a foil technique"
- "kinda like frosting your hair but much better & you can put several different shades so it looks natural. Well, my beautician suggested I sun glitz in reverse and instead of putting lighter shades in to add highlights of a lighter color she added several different shades of DARKER so the gray I have looks like it is the frosting!"
