French term or phrase: valorise
Le management:
valorise les opérations récompensées au sein de son unité.

It is a document describing the rules of an internal competition -initiatives are put forward from each department, there is a preselection process, then the best go through to the final selection process which takes place centrally.

The management here is not the central management, but department managers. I presume the idea is for the managers to 'big them up' (I can't see why the management would need to assess them - here the assessment is carried out by a panel), but I'm not sure what the client would say if I expressed it like that!
