non-engineering work Explanation: 業務外 could be 'non-work-related' but to me 業務 suggests 'work' in the sense of '(a particular) business' while 事務 suggests '(office) work' as opposed to more technical work. So seems like the respondent is saying s/he is not an engineer. Not sure though... |
