disagree  Artur Heinrich: "Tarif" würde ich hier nicht gebrauchen, da es sich um leitenden - von jedem "Tarifvertrag" ausgeschlossene, leitende Angestellt handelt.

neutral  Rolf Kern: Ja, aber nicht Mitarbeiter, sondern Personal. Ein Mitarbeiter ist ein Untergebener, wobei natürlich das Kader Mitarbeiter der Geschäftsleitung sind. Also je nach Kontext verwenden.
