Fisch-Goujons fritiert (von Hand mit Mayonnaise und Zitrone essen). 300 g Mehl 6 dl Wasser 1 EL Salz 1 EL Zitronensalz 2 EL Senf 1 KL Pfeffer ... www.waedi.ch/gewerbe/fremde/rufrezept.htm -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2006-11-27 12:13:59 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Üblicherweise wären das Fischfiletstreifen, aber ich habe im Internet nun auch Filetstreifen gefunden, die aus Fleisch hergestellt sind, und da es sich wohl in der Liste um Fleisch- und Wurstwaren handelt, könnte man vielleicht panierte Filetstreifen oder einfach panierte Filet-Goujons sagen und offen lassen, aus was das Filet besteht. |
