agree  Gudrun Dauner: Aus meiner Kindheit in Bayern kenne ich das Gericht als Blut- und Leberwurst mit Sauerkraut etc. und Blutwurst scheint ja auch dabei zu sein. Beim googlen finden sich dazu zahlreiche hits u.a. www.marions-kochclub.de
