Dieses Wärmekissen ist das sog. „Incentive“ ( = „Anreizmittel“) bei einer erstmals für die Wärmetechnik lancierten Aktion. Es ist wahrscheinlich, dass viele der damals eingebauten Heizsysteme gelegentlich saniert werden müssen."
