I think it is pretty much irrelevant what you put here. Your "avertissement" is and never will (or should not) be a part of a contract. Yours is a sample contract, and the "avertissement" should be removed from the contract actually entered into. So there is no need to use a "legalistically approved and standardized" term such as "precautionary statement" sounds to my ears. "Precautionary statement" makes me feel as if I'm being Miranda-ized!
