the product of ... and ... plus **** Explanation: мені здається, що у наведеному виразі чогось бракує - - після слова "ураження" ще би мав бути другий доданок (перший доданок - це добуток кількості на бал). -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 14 mins (2006-11-10 13:41:39 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- якщо ж під "сумою" мається на увазі складання показників "добутку кількості хворих рослин на відповідний бал ураження" на багатьох, скажімо, різних ділянках, то я би написав "the sum of products of ... and ..." - трошки поганенько з of ... of ..., але в математичних текстах часто інакше не напишеш. |
