Bus/Financial - Human Resources / Professional Title
French term or phrase: Chef de Travaux
The signature of the "Chef de Travaux" appears at the bottom of an "Attestation de Reussite" for someone who has successfully completed his training in the catering industry. The "attestation" is issued by the Office for Professional Qualifications, part of the Bureau for Professional Training and Labor Promotion, in Morocco in this case.

My working translations are "Head of Vocational Services" or "Vocational Services Supervisor." Which do you think would work best? Or do you have a better translation?

Thank You,

femme

disagree  Ghyslaine LE NAGARD: a clerk works in an office when a "chef de travaux" is in the field.

-> not neccessarily in an office.

neutral  Julie Barber: 'works' in that case are most definitely construction works!

work superintendent

Explanation:
superintendent can be used for someone working in the field or in an office.
The chef de travaux in this case does both as he is a teacher and has responsibilities in both aspects the field (practical) and administrative.

Supervisor

Explanation:

I would go with your original translation of 'supervisor'. The context seems to suggest the person responsible for overseeing the work of students in training, and we use the term supervisor in this capacity in England for PhD students and others whose work has to be evaluated
