It'a a conversation in a club. A bar hostess is with 2 clients. An other hostess comes by and says 今日もいい男がおそろいで
One of these men says またまた、なんも出ないよ
and the hostess answers なんだ残念

....After the hostess' compliment about the nice line-up of male customers in the bar, the male customer is (jokingly, I would say) letting her know that he's not about to give her any extra tips (or presents or anything) just because of her flattery.....

I should add that なんも = 何も,
that is 何も出ないよ = you won't get anything out of it (more literally)...
