operation Explanation: In this case, I assume that the people who pay the rent are running/operating a bar as a business, not just using it as one would rent a site for a party. The term is very often used to convey this idea in, for example, the formal statement of intended activity that is required of every company in Brazil. Exploracao is a problem word - people use "exploitation" and "exploration" and "economic utilizaiton" and "conduct" but it is very common to see it in the context at hand, where it means the pursuit of a business activity. |
