Japanese term or phrase: お姉系
女の子向きのキャラクター商品に付いての調査結果を訳しています。洋服に関するスライドに於いて、「お姉系」が出てきます。例えば、「甘めお姉系」。これは「リボン付きキャミソールやワンピース、 ひらひらレースなど甘さを取り入れつつ、 色は白・黒・茶色でオトナめ」だそうです。これはあくまで参考です。
若者の間に「お姉系ギャル」と言う言葉もはやっているそうですが(参考：　Ｗｉｋｉｐｅｄｉａ）、よい英語がありますか。

I just took a stab at what I might call them in English. お姉系 are the girls you see walking around in "juicy" clothes, gigantic heels and are constantly adjusting their makeup on the train. If you need a reference, see the magazine CanCam :)

If you can use the original Japanese it might be best to just say one-kei (young girls who are constantly pursuing the latest fashion) or something similar.

Young-adult girls


Explanation:
The word "おねぇけい"　sounds more slangy than "Young-adult".

"お姉系" is always compared with "ギャル系" which is describing more younger teenagers. Often "お姉系" girls are "graduates" of "ギャル系", so I suggested "Young-adult girls", but if there's a slangy expression, I think it must be better.
