English term or phrase: One O'clock Clubs
One O’clock Clubs provide opportunities for children and their parents or carers to play together and to learn through play in a safe environment.
At the One O’clock Club parents/carers must remain responsible for their children.
The One O’clock Club service has a responsibility for learning through play, health and safety and the care and welfare of the children and their parent/carers.
During the school holidays, older siblings are welcome up to the age of 8 years old. This is at the discretion of the play leaders.
A wide range of in/outdoor play activities are offered such as:
• Painting
• Creative arts
• Imaginative play
• Puzzles
• Story telling sessions.
The clubs are open from 1pm to 4pm weekdays throughout the year. Please contact your local club for details. There is no charge- the service is free to all.

one o'clock clubs (...explicação...)
Explanation:

Behind this, the one o'clock club has its premises. The one o'clock club is a fab British phenomena, largely underpublicised and underrated. Throughout the country, at one o'clock parents gather with their young children to meet each other and let the youngsters play. There are small dedicated areas at which to do so and for lonely or single parents, the club can be a lifeline.
