In azienda c’è stato un grande ringiovanimento a tutti i livelli.
Certo, su alcune cose si è persa esperienza nonostante si sia cercato di tutelare il know-how, ma il vantaggio vero è che ora c’è più entusiasmo, flessibilità, velocità e adattabilità.


La traduzione letterale = rejuvenation è un po' pesante.
Avete qualche idea per rendere il concetto?
