Here I think he's saying "no one is going to go after that information." Can you think of any other meaning?

agree  Paulo César Mendes MD, CT: It's probably the "Local do óbito" (place of death) field. As the body will have been retrieved from say, a road (cf "...morreu atropelado em via pública. Morreu lá.") the coroner will not attest to something he did not see when filling out the form.
