I guess it's more or less a metaphor of performances played in 能 (Noh) theaterical scenes. As it's special like that, not simply time, I assume it may need to be stressed by use of double-quotation marks, etc. BTW I'm not a native speaker of English, so any ones else here would better suggest as to translation in English. The author is apparently a composer or a player himself, and he comments his entire piece or performance reflects association or relation to time specific to the Noh art. 時間 there is literally time - that is represented in any forms in performances, pieces, works or whatever else by Japanese traditional arts. As I mentioned this 時間 is quite ambigous for what the author really intends to convey, but I do not suppose you do not have to add up any suppporting terms in this case, I mean, time is just time in the context, not how people accept it or decides what it is like.
