Renúncia DE garantias ou Renúncia às garantias? Já encontrei de ambas as formas! Qual estaria gramaticalmente correta. Ajudas esclarecedoras serão bem-vindas! Obrigado a todos desde já!

Acho que se fosse "às" seria "to". O "of" não dar lugar a muita ambigüidades, não.
