I believe this is Austrian and have no idea what it means.

Thank you all so much for your suggestions. I talked to the client and Getränke was missing in the source text. I decided to go with non-alcoholic beverage, because I associate soft drinks with carbonated drinks which might exclude non-carbonated drinks.

I'm sure it says "Getränke" after antialk. (or at least it should), so it's an "afternoon snack with soft drinks"
