持って行かれた

"持ってかれた" is a basterdized form of "持って行かれた", which is a passive form of verb 持って行く. This means "take away", "snatch away", or even "rob" as your context indicates that the rival company may took it under their nose.
They are criticizing the boss being stupid to let that happen.
