Portuguese term or phrase: cadaster de logradouros
Does anyone know this term in English? Would it be sufficient to say "cadaster"?

Houve a preocupação de padronizar os campos de preenchimento das variáveis relativas à localização e **cadastro de logradouros** visando a possibilidade de geo-referenciamento de dados.

Explanation:
I think you can use cadastre on its own but if you want to add a complement I would use zone.

Explanation:
There was this huge work in Brazil about ten years ago, putting all the names of streets, avenues, squares, alleys etc (logradouros) in a single databank. I think that's what is meant in the text.
