English term or phrase: Product Restriction Tampering
This is the title of a heading of a contract.

the next phrase reads as follows :

Except to the extent permitted by applicable law despite this restriction, Distributor agrees not to copy, modify, translate, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer, the Products or to create any Derivative products based upon the Products or Documentation, and agrees not to permit or authorize anyone else to do so.

I understand what is being discussed, but I just don't get the heading : is it simply a case of wrong wording ? Should it read "Product Tampering Restriction?"

Thanks in advance
