Interlocutores sociales está bien, pero creo que en España, al menos en los medios de comunicación, se usa más esta otra opción. (Sin que sea una prueba definitiva, sólo como mínimo dato, Google refleja tres veces más entradas de "agentes" que de "interlocutores".)
