At the top of a notarial document that has to do with jointly owned property that is being gifted.

Explanation:
Going out on a limb here, but could these be the initials of the author of the document and of the typist? In which case no translation would be needed :-)

Business documents often have those (as part of the ref number). So, could it be the case here?

I've also just checked the title deed of my house, and it has that as well, in that format.

Anyway, just an idea, not to ridiculous, I hope... Good luck!
