'Werkelikheid' means 'reality' or 'life', 'onderricht' means 'teaching' or by logical extension 'training'. With the help of Google, I looked for the closest fit in English. When I was at school, we had a class called 'Preparation for Life', but I think 'Life Skills Training' is more up-to-date.
