Asker: Paweł, Jeszcze raz przyjrzałem się temu zdaniu, wróciłem do wcześniejszych partii tekstu, gdzie pojawia się ten termin i rzeczywiście muszę przyznać ci rację. Tłumaczenie "osoby niebędące klientami banków" byłoby nieprecyzyjne. Należy dodać tu "niebanki" albo "pozabankowe osoby prawne".
