Wow! So many suggestions. I did search all answers on the Internet and found a few. However, the links found under telefono de botonera were the ones that helped me choose, since they are in the same context as my translation. The next most used is telefono digital, however I did not want to confuse readers to think it might be a digital cellular phone.

Thank you all

Telefono de teclas de tonos

Explanation:
I disagree with BluestoBach since touch tone phone is not the phone in an of itself but the system. There are two systems - rotary [pulse] or tone. The phone can have buttons but it would not be a touch tone phone. What makes a phone either touch or tone is a switch on the side and the system that is used. If you here beeps this a touch tone but if if is like clicking sound then the phone is rotary. The phone could be a button like phone but could be on the rotary system. It would not work with the system which requires tone. I used to work for the telecommunications industry.

teléfono digital

Explanation:
Despite the correct technical translations for touch-tone phones, the context is every day language and it is addressing the user (ie telling him/her how the telephone he/she is got to use looks like). In SouthAmerican Spanish, we have adopted "digital" for any device operated with buttons, such as the case of the telephone. Other examples are "calculadoras digitales", or "control remoto con teclado digital", in all cases "digital" meaning that it has been designed to e operated through touching buttons.

teléfono de tonos

Explanation:
I agree with NNieto, it refers to the system, not the physical buttons you press.

Good luck,

Teléfono de marcado por tonos

Explanation:
"Desde cualquier teléfono de marcado por tonos
Marque 1-800-xxxx-xxxx"
