English term or phrase: garment washed finish
The only drawback to this laid back pant is that you'll have to take them off once in a while to give them a wash. With a soft, garment washed finish, elastic waist and drawcord, they feel as incredibly comfortable as they look

tissu a finition souple
Explanation:
The original English is not the clearest; for instance, it should read "these laid-back pants" especially since they are referred to in the plural throughout the rest of the exerpt, not to mention that pants are always plural 9and laid-back is hyphenated). garment washed finish could either refer to a distressing technique or a softening technique. I'm opting for the softening technique.

I know "garment" is "vetement" but I think that tissu more appropriate in this case, though one could say " vetement a finition souple."

d'aspect prélavé

Explanation:
comme pour les jeans, "washed" est prélavé mais je crois qu'il s'agit ici du confort au toucher, doux comme s'il venait d'être fraîchement lavé...
