marketing Explanation: and the ケ is missing, was my first thought. A quick Google search reveals other gems such as テレマーティング and チョッとだけマーティング followed by 「チョッとだけマーケティング」講座 on the same page, which would seem to confirm this. "marting" (exlanation) Explanation: There are 30200 hits for Google search of this word, and not a typo. It's very tricky, since マーティング is a term close to (or a type of) マーケティング. Must be a word made up in Japan, using Englisn elements: "Mart" (center of commerse) + "ing." It is to pursue both virtue (benefits for society) and profits. If you translate as"marketing," it wouldn't be wrong, but important part of meaning will be dropped. Please see the definition below, that I copied from Amex Japan's site. |
