Prezado Jorge - "combustivel a oxigenio" é uma certa contradição, pois o oxigênio é o oxidante que queima o combustivel. Para que uma queima se produza, é necesario um combustivel e um oxidante - no caso o oxigênio. Antigamente, todos os fornos usavam ar - que contém 22,3% de oxigênio. Depois, certos fornos de usos especiais como em metalurgia, passagam a usar oxigênio puro: a vantagem é não resfriar o forno com os 78% de nitrogênio, gas inerte, contido no ar. Esse tipo de forno em Português se chama "forno a oxigênio" ou "forno a oxigenio puro"ou "oxi-combustivel".
