Hello. I have found in Eurodicautom that "tax floor" is "mínimo no imponible" but I wanted to make sure the term is correct.

The sentence says:

• We propose to introduce one uniform requirement that all cigarettes in Europe pay at least a certain amount of tax – for instance Euro 75 per thousand cigarettes - thereby establishing an EU wide tax floor for all cigarettes
