Seller shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless XXX from all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses, demands, suits and actions arising out of, related to or result from infringement or alleged infringement on third party caused by the sale, distribution, promotion, marketing, import or other use of the Products.

I understand the meaning of the term clearly, but I struggle to find an appropriate equivalent in French. Any ideas? A quick reply will be appreciated, as this text needs to be handed in by the end of the afternoon.
