Sandra why are you trying to go too deep : in this case depth should be interpreted differently and so on. I think " richesse" is a positive meaning if talking about the company or the service.

Other possibilities could include "abondance" or "ampleur". I think you are right--they are either referring to the breadth of their product range or the abundance of product functionnalities (sometimes referred to as "richness", especially in IT contexts).
