Dans un contrat d'agence, article intitulé "Garanzia del buon adempimento dell’affare":
Sulle perdite patrimoniali derivanti alla Preponente dalla mancata esecuzione totale o parziale degli affari conclusi con clienti procurati dall’Agente, le parti possono concordare di volta in volta che l’Agente si assuma il rischio connesso al mancato adempimento da parte del terzo sino all’ammontare massimo dell’intera provvigione spettante all’Agente su tale affare.
Qualora l’Agente assuma una tale garanzia, **incombe a suo carico uno specifico onere di informativa** circa le condizioni finanziarie e la capacità di solvenza del cliente e sarà riconosciuto all’Agente un incremento sulla provvigione pari all’1% della medesima.

Je ne comprends pas trop à quoi correspond "onere d'informativa" ici, est-ce que ça signifie que lorsque l'agent se porte ducroire, il est tenu de s'informer et d'informer également le mandant sur la solvabilité du client ?

Je n'ai pas traduit "a suo carico", qui alourdirait la phrase en français.
Voir Google. De nombreux exemples avec "incombe (à telle profession libérale ou autre) une obligation d'information".

Je n'ai pas trouvé trace de DEVOIR, mais uniquement de CHARGE et d'OBLIGATION pour ONERE.
Le devoir (même légal) relève plus de la morale, tandis qu'OBLIGATION relève de la loi pure, à mon avis.
