El retablo, magnífico, está construido el año 1717 y dorado con láminas de oro en 1767. Su barroquismo refulgente, lleno de curvaturas y efectos luminosos nos conduce la vista al arco donde se ubica la Inmaculada Concepción, prototipo de Virgen Apocalíptica. Son cuatro los cuerpos que componen el retablo. Entre el primero y el segundo se puede observar un rico tabernáculo u **ostensorio**; más arriba, la citada hermosa imagen de la Virgen; grupos de querubines en actitud de arrojar flores se hallan en el tercer cuerpo, y en el cuarto, la figura del Padre Eterno.
