"Weekday Private Room Plan"? I don't like the word plan, and I can't figure out how to say 暑気払い in any kind of way that makes sense.

Just some suggestions...

If you don't like "Plan" then maybe "Package" would work?

暑気払い literally means <to lose/get rid of/forget> the heat (as in お払いをする), so "Summer Sizzler" isn't exactly a chokuyaku. If you wanted something more literal that was still marketing-ish, then maybe "Heat Kicker" or....mmm....a bit stuck.

Otherwise, something non-literal such as "Summer Sizzler" or simply "Summer Special" may work.
