Estou de acordo com a tradução que me precedeu para o demais, porém, como ela não se referiu à abreviatura D.Lgs. estou apresentando resposta em separado. Pela internet a pesquisa orienta inequivocamente para Decreto legislativo. Estranhei a versão de Decrretos-leis porque o italiano não tem plural com s. O s de que se trata aponta para "legislativo", no singular.
