L’allevamento di suini all’aperto per tutto il ciclo di accrescimento-ingrasso, ovvero dai 30-35 kg dei lattoni ai 170-180 kg di peso vivo alla macellazione, è stato valutato nel corso di 3 anni di sperimentazione in 4 aziende biologiche dell’area pilota.

Lattone = Suinetto maschio o femmina, dallo svezzamento a 25-35 kg.

Non so se mettere un generico milk-fed piglet o se esiste un termine specifico. Perchè se da una parte il nome si ricollega al latte...dall'altro la definizione parla di svezzamento!
