Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / donation, charity
Russian term or phrase: Договор о пожертвовании
how should I call the agreement on donation of funds to education institution?
If that will be Donation agreement then how should I call the Parties to the agreement? Are they Donor and Recipient

Otherwise. Maybe it could be titled Charity Agreement
If this is the case, how should I call the parties?

Thank you forward for assistance

as I mentioned above, I've chosen Benefactor and beneficiary pair. Otherwise, I would select your proposal.

Donation Agreement

Explanation:
And Donor and Recipient, as you say.
(couldn't find Charity Agreement as such on Google, plenty of support for Donation agreement).

agree  Tatiana Nero (X): Donor-Donee (Beneficiary) ok, Transferor-Transferee - не нужно, т.к. transfer не обязательно предполагает безвозмездную передачу.

pledge agreement

Explanation:
every pledge agreement should specify payment dates. ... Finally, before accepting a pledge, the charity should take a hard look at the donor.

Donor - Recipient обычно используется в контексте трансплантации органов/тканей. Лучше как у Замиры Балгабаевой (not for grading).
