French term or phrase: désaccord d’un circuit bouchon
Yet another plea for help with this electricity terminology! Thanks in advance!
My translation reads: "The corresponding interruptions shall not be counted as evacuation network outage. Nor shall they be counted as generation outage, except where the trip is proved to be triggered by the producer’s facility. For example, the misalignment of a carrier-current line trap giving rise to the tripping of the producer’s facility constitutes a case of outage.” Does this last bit make sense? Thank you! Dominic

English translation:incorrectly tuned line trap
Explanation:
It is not clear to me from context if the line trap becomes untuned or detuned or was never correctly tuned in the first place. "incorrectly tuned" gets around this, though "detuned" or "mis/untuned" might be appropriate if the context makes it clear either of these is meant.
